Rob Nadler, Managing Partner at Faller Financial, is a seasoned executive with 18 years of experience in structured finance, consumer lending, debt purchase, and accounts receivable management. Throughout his career Rob has assumed leadership positions with responsibilities over Operations, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Servicing, Customer Service, Employee Development and Information Technology. Prior to joining Faller Financial, Rob most recently held the position of Principal and COO of Javlin Capital.
Rob joined Javlin Capital in 2011 as Managing Director tasked with developing investment relationships in the real estate and consumer markets and expanding into new asset classes. In 2014 Rob was appointed to Javlin’s Investment Committee and tasked to lead the company’s Investment and Partner Management organization, generating investment volume that exceeded $500MM during Rob’s tenure across four asset classes: real estate, consumer finance, litigation finance, and healthcare. In May of 2016 Rob was promoted to COO with oversight of Investment Management, Business Development, Servicing, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
Prior to joining Javlin Capital, Rob held numerous leadership positions over 13 years at Sallie Mae, providing a diverse background in a variety of asset classes including residential mortgage, student loans, consumer credit, and state and local government. Rob was appointed an Officer of Sallie Mae, in 2006 and Corporate Vice President in 2007, serving as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for the Fortune 500 company.
Rob earned a Bachelor degree in marketing from Ithaca College. When he isn’t working or spending time with family, Rob supports a number of local charitable organizations including Angelmamas, GIVE and Rekindle.
